Shop Policies
All sales are final once it has shipped. Once I drop it off at the post office, it is out of my control. If you need a refund on an order that has not yet shipped, please reach out to me via email or DM's.
If there are any issues with your order, such as the wrong item being sent, or any damaged product, please contact me via email [email protected]
Contact me if you need any address changes before an order is shipped!
I typically do not mind if you want to gift, sell, trade your items after purchase. Rules for P4P items may differ.
Where do you ship?
I currently ship worldwide using pirate ship's simple export. However, due ever to changing laws and situations, I may have to temporily suspend shipping to certain countries at anytime. Customers are also responsible for any related VAT or import taxes.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping for products that require packaging are shipped via USPS. Domestically, this costs $6. For international orders, items are shipped with Pirate Ship's simple export rate ($11 Canada, $14 everywhere else). For prints and stickers that can be shipped in an envelope, typcially prints at or below the 5x7 inch size, shipping is free within the United States, but will be untracked. You will have the option to pay for tracked shipping at the rate above.

How Does Combined Shipping Work?
For combined orders, placed at the same time between different items (ie. a flat print and an in-hands pin) you are able to combine them into one package at checkout by selecting the 'order combined' option. Please do NOT select this option on the item that cannot be shipped flat, as I cannot combine a non-flat item into a flat shipping option.
If you place two consecutive orders, and the first order has NOT yet been shipped, you are able to combine both orders. Please do comfirm you have NOT recieved a tracking email before doing so as I sometimes ship packages out within the same day. I do recommend if you are looking to place two orders back to back, to do so within 4 to 8 hours, or to contact me ASAP!
If you place an order with both preorder and in-hands items, or two plus preorder items, and choose to have them combined, your order will only ship when the LAST preordered item arrives.
P4P vs non- P4P
P4P is when the price of the product includes only the cost of manufacturing, supplies, and website or payment processing fees. In short, no profit is made.
Not all of my projects are P4P.
Items that are P4P will be specifally labeled as P4P in the product title or description. If there isn't a P4P label, assume it is non-P4P.
How do preorders work?
Preorders will be open for a certain period of time. The product will then go into production and ship out once I recieve the products. This could take anywhere from a month to a year, depneding on the complexity and manufacturing process. Usually, leftover stock from preorders will be sold as in hands later.
If you purchase both in-hands and preorder items, the entire order will once all preorder items arrive.
Will items ever be restocked?
It depends entirely on how popular a design is. If it does well, there is a good chance it'll be back!
